Description

A refreshing sorbet combining the vibrant flavors of kiwi and the refreshing essence of mint, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the kiwis by peeling and chopping them into pieces.
  2. Mix the water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the kiwi pieces and lemon juice to the syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the fresh mint leaves and let the mixture cool at room temperature.
  5. Blend the mixture until smooth using a blender.
  6. Freeze the mixture in an airtight container for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve with a scoop using an ice cream scooper, garnished with mint leaves.

Notes

For a creamier texture, consider adding a touch of coconut cream. Adjust sweetness to taste before freezing.
